Duties and Responsibilities工作职责
Identifies and organizes adequate storage for all perpetual inventory items and implements corporate policy, products and initiatives in order to maximize cost effectiveness
执行公司政策，为永续盘存物品确定并安排充足的存储空间。确定产品和重要物品以便将成本控制到最低。
Establishes adequate record keeping and issuance procedures
制定适用的登记制度和派发程序。
Protects inventories from waste, spoilage and theft
防止存货的浪费，损坏和被盗。
Ensure physical stock take is conducted as scheduled
确保按计划执行实地盘存工作。
To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of Cost Control, Store rooms and Receiving and to assist management in keeping the cost of food, beverage and other supplies to the minimum.
确保酒店成本控制部，收货部和仓库的日常操作顺利而高效，并协助管理层控制酒店的餐饮和其它用品的成本，使之最小。 
To supervise the Food Cost Controller, Beverage Cost Controller,  Storekeepers and receiving clerk.Make an ocular inspection of the storeroom and receiving Area on a daily basis. To ensure that security of all stores has been adequately maintained, including proper restrictions on the issue of keys and general access.Conduct spot check of  beverage at the bar.
监督成本控制员工，仓库员工和收货部员工的工作。每日对仓库和收货部门进行检查。确保仓库的安全措施得以实施，包括仓库钥匙的交接手续等。对酒吧的饮料进行随机抽查。
To safely keep unused revenue related documents such as Guest checks, guest Folios, Official receipts, Captain orders, paid-out vouchers, Rebates/Allowance vouchers, Miscellaneous Debit/Credit Vouchers, etc. To safeguard and monitor the movement of chinawares, glasswares, silverwares and linen.Conduct every three months inventory taking of chinawares, glasswares, silverwares and linen.Conduct monthly inventory taking of food, beverage and other store room items.
保管未使用的与收入相关的单据，如客人帐单，预支现金单据，折扣或免费单据，杂项的借贷凭证等。确保瓷器，玻璃器皿，银器等的安全。对瓷器，玻璃器皿，银器等进行3个月一次的盘点。对食品，饮料，及其它仓库进行每月的盘存。
To liaise with purchasing on the timely delivery of items, ensuring that all incoming goods have been received via the Receiving Area, with deliveries properly checked against purchase orders and market list.Do monthly costing and ensure prompt submission of all month-end reports.
与采购部沟通，以确保采购货物及时送到。确保所有采购的物品经过验收部门的验收，并与采购定单相核对。进行每日成本关帐，及时提交月末报表。
To perform recipe costing for food and beverage. conduct market price survey in coordination with the Purchasing Manager and  Executive Chef.
对餐饮的食品和饮料进行成本核算；与采购经理和总厨合作进行市场调查。
According to the mini-bar related policies, analyze the mini bar data report monthly and ask the department to make a reasonable explanation of the loss rate to achieve the control of the mini bar cost.
根据迷你吧相关政策，每月分析迷你吧数据报表，要求部门对丢失率作出合理解释，以达到对迷你吧成本费用的控制。
Check for waste and expired food by inspecting the kitchen, dining room and garbage room.
通过巡视厨房、餐厅及垃圾房，检查是否有浪费及过期食品，控制酒水浪费。

Qualifications –
学历
Bachelor’s degree in Materials, Purchasing Management or related field. 
具有会计、财务或相关领域学士学位
 
Experience –
经验
3 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
三年相关经验或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
