1. 了解酒店各系统的设备运行方式，并加以熟悉，提供专业的知识及意见，协助工程总监及工程副总监进行日常工作.
2. 督导维护系统设备的正常运行，及运转工作，以确保最低的浪费及消耗，并做好日常能源记录。
3. 监督部门日常物品的消耗记录报告，及时联络到物品供货商，确保物品质量达标、与库存。
4. 监督及控制预防性消防安全程序，能运用个人经验及技巧，对突发情的情况进行抢修，保证系统设备的完好率。
5. 检查所有的防火人生安全措施，以确保一切有效运行。
6. 正确记录酒店设备及信息。
