【岗位职责】
1、在宾客面前随时保持整洁友好愉快的形象。
2、负责接收宾客的预定，包括电话预定和当面预定。
3、 宾客到店后，迎接问候宾客，并将其领入座位，并合理安排座位。
4、 和宾客交谈，回答宾客提出的问题，包括本酒店的特殊活动等。
5、 记住所有宾客和常客的姓名。当客人再次光临时热情招呼
6、 负责帮客人存放衣帽、行李、文件、等物品。
7、 客人离开时，送客拉门。
