1.Maintain secretary work for the department,including translations, typing, filing, take minutes and distribute minutes of the meeting.
2.Update daily attendance record of  staffs.
3.Contribute to the efficiency of the Accounts Department, handle phone calls, take messages, arrange departmental meetings, and handle administration of the accounts department.
4.Maintain a strict confidentiality of all information and documents. Under no circumstances is such information to be communicated to anyone without the approval of Director .
5.Assist to complete other job directed by Director .
6.Upon the college degree，proficiency in Microsoft office and good English skill.
7.Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
