1.To execute all works assigned in accordance with the guideline and polices and procedures, especially in relation to fire and life safety.

2.To familiar with the HVAC system, its operating requirement and characteristics, so as to operate in strict compliance with requirement.

3.To attend to guest request and complaints promptly and efficiently to avoid inconvenience or discomfort.

4.To practice and make recommendations to engineer on energy conservation improvement.

5.To inspect all HVAC systems and make operation status records as per inspection list. To correct and report operation deficiency, unusual events and safety hazards conditions to engineer. To feedback and make recommendations to engineer for needs of system and plants modification, upgrading, methods of operation or repairs, etc that could improve efficiency and productivity.

6.To maintain tools and equipment properly and keep the workplace cleans and tidy.

7.To perform daily water treatment in accordance with water treatment specialist recommendation.

8.Good knowledge and hand on skills of HVAC system operation, repair and maintenance.

9.Knowledge and skill of repair and maintenance of refrigeration system, cold room, etc.

10. Min.1 years working experience in HVAC system preferably with hotel.

5.对中央空调系统进行检查并按照设备检查单上的要求仔细记录。更正错误，及时向工程师报告所发现的问题、异常现象和不安全隐患。为提高工作效率和促进生产力，应不断向工程师进行信息反馈，在设备改良、技术升级和操作方式方法更新方面向工程师提出合理化建议。

6.工具和设备管理有序，保持工作环境的整洁。

7.每日按照水处理规程的要求执行水处理工作。

8.熟悉中央空调系统，掌握中央空调的操作规程和维修保养程序。

9.精通冷冻系统和冷藏室的维修和保养工作。

10.至少1年中央空调系统的工作经验，有在酒店工作经验者优先。
