1.Keep record of accounts receivable, issue invoice and statement promptly.Chase payment whenever not received on time.

2.Work closely with Front Office staff to ensure that Front Desk cashiering functions are in order.

3.Ensure credit policies and procedures are adhered to within departments concerned.

4.Reply to all the customers’ inquiries relating to the payment terms and request for special billing. Maintain accurate and current files for all master and direct bill accounts.

5.Responsible for posting daily City Ledger payments, and balancing of the daily audits. Process all advance deposit refunds and credit card refunds.

6.Responsible for check and POS all the data of credit card to Financial system and pursue the corresponding fund to bank within a week.

7.Follow all hotel policy and procedure pertaining to the Accounts Receivable and Credit Policy.

8. Perform common duties as may be assigned by management.

1.登记应收帐，及时发帐单及对账单。跟进到期没收到的账款

2.与前台员工保持联系，确保前台的收账运作正常。

3.确保所有部门根据酒店制度进行挂账。

4.回答客人的有关挂账问题，以及处理客人要求有特别账单的问题。为客户提供准确而及时的资料。

5.日常挂账输入，日常审计，处理预付订金及信用卡返点等业务。

6.负责在财务系统中输入信用卡数据并核对并负责在一周内向银行追相应款项

7.根据酒店有关规章和财务制度进行账务处理。

8.履行由管理层指定的应尽职责。
