1.协助经理对本部管理人员的工作进行督导和协调，每日巡查，确保本部门工作按计划进行；

2.组织实施培训根据阶段要求制定培训计划，以提高员工业务水平；

4.合理安排人力，调配班次确保PA正常运转，员工能得到合理休息；

5.负责客用物品供应及设备设施使用的管理；

7.参加部门例会，汇报本区域每月定期盘查二级库库存情况，确定合理的使用、对库存量提出购置计划；

8.主持公共区域的工作会议，布置工作，提出要求；

10.主动听取和收集宾客、员工及其他部门对本部工作的意见和建议，向上级提出改进工作的设想和方案；
