岗位职责
1、与既有的客户和潜在的客户及合作伙伴保持密切的联系。
2、高效认知和掌握销售线索
3、发挥创造力，为酒店的产品及部门做出应有的贡献
4、在所负责的市场区域内，监视和报告市场及竞争者的情况。
5、准备销售报告，确保市场及客户信息的准确性，以便于工作的跟进。
6、积极地传播产品信息，在负责的市场内营造酒店的知名度。
7、在所负责的区域内，与市场销售总监一起计划销售攻势，并确保其实现。
8、主动参与，完成各种销售报告。
9、协助计划和配合销售活动。
10、协助配合开发制作所有酒店促销材料。
11、完成上级交给的其他任务


岗位要求
1、具备领导才能，了解所负责部门对各职位的责任。
2、掌握使用互联网及其它主要电脑系统的知识。
3、掌握应用销售及前台的电脑系统。
4、了解商务旅游、旅游业国际市场，会议旅游及餐饮销售。
5、能够掌握和理解市场和竞争。
6、必须具备良好的中，英文读写能力
7、良好的人际交往和沟通技巧。
8、独立工作和团队工作的能力。

Job responsibility
1. Keep close contact with existing customers and potential customers and partners.

2. Efficiently recognize and master sales leads

3, give full play to creativity, and make due contributions to the hotel's products and departments

4. Monitor and report the market and competitors in the responsible market area.

5, Prepare sales reports, ensure the accuracy of market and customer information, in order to facilitate the follow-up of work.

6. Actively disseminate product information and create awareness of the hotel in the responsible market.

7. Plan sales campaigns with the Director of Marketing and Sales in the responsible territory and ensure their realization.

8. Actively participate and complete various sales reports.

9. Assist in planning and coordinating sales activities.

10. Assist in the development and production of all hotel promotional materials.

11. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors


Job requirement
1. Have leadership skills and understand the responsibilities of the department responsible for each position.

2. Knowledge of the Internet and other major computer systems.

3, master the application of sales and front desk computer system.

4. Understand business travel, international tourism market, conference travel and catering sales.

5. Able to grasp and understand the market and competition.

6, must have good Chinese, English reading and writing skills

7. Good interpersonal and communication skills.

8. Ability to work independently and in a team.
