岗位职责
1、根据酒店的有关规定和要求，有效地检验到货物品，必须符合酒店要求的质量标准。
2、按照采购单内容和数量，办理验收手续。
3、验货时如发现数量差错，质量不符合要求，应拒绝收货并及时报告主管。
4、在办理验收手续后，应及时通知有关部门取货。
5、填制每日收货汇总表。
6、跟踪和催收应到而未到的物品。
7、做好采购单的存档工作
岗位要求
1、大专以上学历，具备酒店商品购买知识。
2、理解采购，保管，和分发程序。
3、电脑操作能力好。
4、良好的货品控制能力和食品知识。
