MAJOR
RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责:
1. Strictly abide by the rules and
regulations of the company, always play a leading role.
严格遵守公司各项规章制度,处处起到表率作用。
2. Formulate sales plan.
制订销售计划。
3. Determine the sales policy.
确定销售政策。
4. Design sales mode.
设计销售模式。
5. The sales staff recruitment, selection,
training, deployment.
销售人员的招募、选择、培训、调配。
6. The sales performance review.
销售业绩的考察评估。
7. Sales channels and customer management.
销售渠道与客户管理。
8. Financial management, measures to prevent
bad debts, accounts receivable recovery.
财务管理、防止呆帐坏帐对策、帐款回收。
9. Put forward reasonable suggestions timely
sales summary report, and rational reasonable suggestion.
销售情况的及时汇总、汇报并提出合理建议。
10. The management organization and customer
sales plan and customer database.
销售计划、组织与客户档案的建立和管理。
11. Grasp the market situation investigation
and marketing scope.
营销范围的把握与市场现状调查。
12. Decided to establish a customer's trading
conditions.
决定新设客户的交易条件。
13. To establish interpersonal relationships
with customers.
与客户人际关系的确立。
14. Collect competitor information.
搜集竞争者情报。


15. Sales targets and quotas set and

销售目标与定额的设订和管理。

Specific Duties工作任务:
1.
Formulate and implement sales plan:
制定与执行区域销售计划:
1) According to the annual sales plan needs
analysis and the company's target customer groups in the area,
根据本区域内各目标客户群的需求分析及公司年度销售计划,
2) Decomposition and develop the regional
sales personnel specific sales targets,
分解并制定本区域销售人员具体的销售目标,
3) Organize subordinates and strategy and
execute sales policy,
组织下属执行销售政策及策略,
4) Under the guidance of the sales skills,
指导下属的销售业务技能,
5) Completion of the inspection, supervision
of sales plan,
检查、监督销售计划的完成情况,
6) The deviation correcting, ensure the
realization of the region's market share and sales target;
出现偏差及时纠正,保证实现本区域的市场占有率和销售目标;

Market development市场开发:
1) According to the company business
development and sales business objectives,
根据公司业务发展战略及销售部门的经营目标,
2) Cooperate with Marketing Department of
the regional market development plan and specific implementation plan
organization, promote company brand and product promotion,
配合市场部门组织实施本区域市场开发计划及具体的实施方案,促进公司及产品品牌的提升,
3) To understand the dynamic customer
demand,
了解客户需求动态,
4) Guide the subordinates to mining
potential customers,
指导下属挖掘潜在客户,
5) And the customer development track,
并对客户开发情况进行跟踪,
6) Share of the growing market in order to achieve
the goal of company;

Customer relationship management:
客户关系管理:
1) According to the business development of
the company,

customer group customers to visit the company,
通过组织安排所辖区域各客户群客户到公司考察,

to establish smooth communication channels to customers,
参观交流等方式建立顺畅的客户沟通渠道,
4) Responsible for visits to key customers
in the region,
负责拜访本区域的重要客户,
5) Supervise, check the salesperson regular
visits to the customers of the situation,
监督、检查销售员对客户的定期访问情况,
6) Understand customer requirements,

随时了解客户要求,
7) Handle customer objections and
complaints,
及时处理客户异议和投诉,
8) In order to improve customer
satisfaction,
以提高客户满意度,
9) To establish a long-term, good, strong
regional customer relationship.
