1.     To
conduct selective interviews and recommend suitable candidates for all
vacancies. 
筛选空缺职位的应聘者信息。
2.     To
inform interviewees of jobs available and explain responsibilities, various
terms of employment and other benefits accordingly via orientation program. 
通知面试者关于应聘职位的职能，服务条款以及相应的其他福利。
3.     To
liaise with trainee schools and other recruitment institutes for recruitment of
trainees. 
与实习生学校和其他院校渠道联系招聘实习生。
4.     To
maintain and update personnel records on new hires, promotions, transfers,
separation, salary adjustment and turnover. 
维护并更新人事信息，新入职员工，升职，转职，离职，薪水调整及流动率。
5.     To
compile monthly report data on staff movements, absenteeism and turnover rates
of the Hotel. 
汇总月度的员工变动情况，缺勤及酒店的流动率。
6.     To
conduct exit interviews for all departing staff to record their feedback. 
对所有离职的员工进行离职面谈记录他们的反馈。
7.     To
handle associate grievances and co-ordinate with the department heads or
supervisors concerned.
 处理员工的投诉并协调部门相关负责人处理解决。
8.     To
recommend disciplinary action against any breach of Hotel Regulations by the
associate.

assist in the processing of annual staff performance appraisals.
