Responsibilities 工作职责
1.Responsible for assigned floors and guest rooms during shift.
 当班时负表所有分配的楼层和客房。
2.Work closely with the Reception to ensure correct room status at all times.
 与前台接待密切合作确保任何时间内正确的房态
3.Responsible for cleanliness and service on assigned guest room floors during shift.
 当班时负责所分配的楼层的清洁及服务。
4.Good knowledge of Housekeeping Guest floors daily operation.
 具有良好的客房部楼层日常操作方面的知识。
5.Assist with Associate training and development.
 协助进行员工的培训和发展。

Job Specs 职位要求
1.Minimum 1 year supervisor in Housekeeping Department.
 至少具有一年楼层主管的工作经验。
2.Good supervisor to people and communication ability.
 良好的管理及沟通能力。
3.Can speak some English at least can read from Housekeeping Fidelio/Opera.
 能说简单的英文，能从电脑上读懂房态。
