Key accountabilities
关键岗位职责

• Ensure RGI, RevPAR, rate, occupancy and potential revenue objectives are achieved as per budgeted
   确保按预算实现RGI、RevPAR、房价、入住率和潜在收入目标
• Lead and direct the PR, communications, branding and digital marketing programs and initiatives of the hotel in accordance with guidance provided by Head Office
   根据总部提供的指导，领导和指导酒店的公关、品牌、数字营销计划和举措
• Maintain a comprehensive database of key contacts in the China market
   维护中国市场重要联系人的全面数据库
• Develop, implement and constantly review sales & marketing objectives and strategies to ensure all activities are positively impacting the operation

• Maintain accurate tracking of sales performance and patterns whilst liaising extensively with the ExCom team

• Establish and implement training programs to improve performance and effectiveness of marketing personnel as guided by head office

General requirements
基本要求
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a hotel Sales & Marketing department with 5 years in a similar position as Director of Sales & Marketing in a key gateway China city
   至少10年酒店市场销售部门工作经验，并有5年在中国主要门户城市担任市场销售总监及类似职位经验
• Strong China sales and marketing experience in a luxury hotel
   较强的豪华酒店中国市场销售经验
• Exceptional depth and reach within the China and international luxury markets
   在中国和国际奢侈品市场中拥有卓越的深度和影响力
• Fluent communication in Mandarin and English
   流利的普通话和英语沟通能力
• Hold relevant visa / citizenship to work and live in China
   持有能够在中国工作和生活的相关签证/公民身份
