主要职责
•Coordinate the daily work of Supervisor, captains, servers, order takers, assign daily tasks and responsibilities and manage the department in the absence of the Huang Ting Manager.
协调领班，服务员，领位的日常工作并当餐厅经理不在时，负责部门运作。
•Perform service procedures as per standard and provide an efficient and excellent service to each guest.
按标准执行服务流程并提供高效，优质的服务给每一位客人。
• Promote and bring new ideas to increase F&B sales in Huang Ting.
提供新的思路，以提高餐厅销售额。
• Perform a friendly, yet discreet and unobtrusive service to guests.
提供一个友好的，但持重和周到的服务给客人。
•Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
预料客人的需求，确定满意度，提供建议，并为客人的担心和迫切的要求作出适当的反应。


一般要求
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English and Chinese language.
英文与中文阅读，写作和口语能力。
•Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar position (Food service or related work).
类似职位至少3年经验（食品服务或相关工作）。
•Strong communication with staff, guests, managers and inter-personal skills.
