Key Accountabilities
•Reviews all manning to ensure appropriate headcount and talent gaps are filled
•Support the requisition approval, advertising and job posting process for vacancies
•Manage the candidate selection and assessment workflow
•Collaborates with the Director of HR and Rewards team to provide remuneration information and negotiates salary packages
•Conducts comprehensive reference checks 
•Managing the offer process and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements
•Develop an exceptional candidate care program
•Seek out and develop innovative sourcing channels to attract high calibre talent
•Oversee the utilization of the Applicant Tracking System in addition to leading system training initiatives for the hiring managers
•Coordinate, participate and champion The Peninsula employer brand at careers fairs in collaboration with TA peers. 

General Requirements
•Minimum of 3 years in Talent Acquisition
•Experience to hospitality, retail or service environments
•Ability to manage a very fast paced hiring environment
•Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System such as SuccessFactors etc.
•Be technically minded, personable and have impeccable grooming
•Fluent Mandarin and English language skills (including written)
