Key Accountabilities
- Actively participates in the activities of the Room Service.
- Attends to pre-preparation of service, set-up, condiments, linen, etc…
- Takes orders from the Captain / Order taker and pick up food and beverage from kitchen and bar. Serves Food and Beverage to the guest rooms after it has been inspected by the captain and is always courteous to the guest.
- Ensures that any floor he visits is cleared of service trays, trolleys, etc… And follows the clearness system as instructed.
- Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene and is well groomed.
- Prepared and set up room amenities to the guest rooms.
- Be completely familiar with and enforces the safety, hygienic measures.
- Responsible for carrying out any other duties assigned by the management.

General Requirements
- Must possess a good knowledge of food and beverages. Must have extremely good work ethic and eye for detail. Technical experience previous to PBJ in restaurant business.
- Knowledge of menu and beverage items.
- Ability to serve guests in a pleasant and courteous manner.
- Receipt of positive comments from guests.
- Strong communication with guests and team members of inter-personal skills.
- Service etiquette and five stars service knowledge.
