Room Service Supervisor – The Peninsula Beijing

Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, we are seeking a room service supervisor to directly responsible for the
co-ordination and smooth running of the Room Service.

Key accountabilities

1. To supervise and
participate in the operations of Room Service.

2.   Knowledge of the
Food preparation and presentation.
3.   To instruct,
supervise and when necessary discipline staff.
4.   To train staff.
5.   Checks and
participates in cleanliness of all mise-en-place.
6.   Establishes and
maintains effective employee relations.
7.    Inspects orders
before they are sent up to the rooms and sees that there is no delay.
General requirements
- Must possess a good knowledge of food and beverages.
- Must display good judgment, financial acumen, fiscal
responsibility and business sense.
- Excel,
Word, Micros and GroupWise proficiency.
