【职位描述】
· Ensures that guests receive prompt, warm, courteous and personal recognition in a proactive manner.
· 用积极诚恳的工作态度为所有客人提供迅速，热情，礼貌和带有私人特色的服务。
· Recognizes all VIPs to ensure they are known and that guests receive special attention and recognition. Searches for upselling opportunities – Rooms, F&B and SPA.
· 准确识别VIP客人，确保他们得到特别关注以及辨识。拓展对于房间，餐饮以及水疗项目的增销机会。
· Escorts guests to their assigned rooms and introduces the hotel and room facilities according to The Peninsula Standards.
· 根据酒店规定，陪伴每位客人到已安排好的房间，并介绍酒店及房间的设备设施。
【任职要求】
· Good verbal and written and listening English and Chinese.
· 良好的中英双语听说读写技能
· Good communication skill.
· 良好的沟通技巧
· Good knowledge in using Microsoft Office applications, Opera system
· 熟识并掌握办公软件以及酒店PMS系统
· Strong sense of ownership
· 较强的主人翁意识
