【岗位职责】
1、协助制定与业务目标相一致的人员战略，并通过组织活动将这些战略变为现实，为员工带来积极的体验。
2、协助处理人才文化部倡议的各个方面，包括运行各种工作场所计划，包括入职访问、内部沟通和员工活动。
3、与部门负责人合作，根据业务战略和目标提供高质量的辅助工作。
4、及时了解最佳实践、劳动法和立法变化，以确保市场竞争力、合规性，并与所有利益相关者进行有效沟通，对P&C实践进行必要的调整。
5、公平及时地调查和解决员工投诉、不满和工作冲突。
6、负责薪酬、福利、绩效和数据管理计划的总体规划、组织和管理，以提高运营效率。
7、与薪酬、人才招聘和学习以及人才发展团队合作，创造员工价值主张，以支持我们的雇主品牌，成为首选雇主。
8、在需要时，从与人相关的数据中提取和获取见解，以进行战略规划和行动。
9、监督日常人事和文化运营，包括薪酬规划和沟通以及人力资源系统的有效运行。
10、协助按计划召开部门/职能主管会议。
【岗位要求】
1、本科以上学历，工作经验8年以上。
2、在酒店招聘、合同管理、薪酬制度、员工培训、绩效考核、事故预防、政府关系等方面具有丰富经验。
3、熟知国家、地区劳动法律法规及相关政策。
4、具备英语听说读写能力。
5、管理类专业，接受过系统的人力资源管理理论培训。
