【岗位职责】
1、协助餐饮总监全面负责酒店餐饮部的运营管理，确保服务品质、运营效率及品牌标准的有效落实。
2、持续提升宾客满意度，维护良好的宾客关系，妥善处理宾客反馈及投诉，打造卓越餐饮体验。
3、协助制定并推动餐饮营销推广、主题活动及销售策略，提升营业收入及市场影响力。
4、负责餐饮部门预算管理、成本控制及收益优化，确保各项经营目标顺利达成。
5、负责餐饮团队的培训与绩效管理，培养管理人才，营造积极高效的团队文化。
6、与相关部门保持紧密协作，不断优化运营流程，推动部门持续发展与创新。
7、关注市场动态与行业趋势，结合宾客需求提出创新建议，提升餐饮产品及服务竞争力。
【岗位要求】
1、大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先。
2、具有8年以上国际品牌酒店餐饮管理经验，其中至少2年以上高级管理岗位工作经验。
3、熟悉餐饮运营管理、收益管理及成本控制，具备良好的商业及市场敏锐度。
4、具备优秀的领导力、团队管理能力及人才培养能力，能够激励团队达成经营目标。
5、具备出色的沟通协调及人际交往能力，能够与宾客、员工及管理团队建立良好的合作关系。
6、熟悉五星级酒店服务标准，拥有卓越的宾客服务意识及投诉处理能力。
7、中英文听说读写流利，能够使用英文进行日常沟通及商务交流；掌握其他语言者优先。
8、熟练使用Office办公软件及酒店运营系统，具备较强的抗压能力、应变能力及跨部门协作能力。
