PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
1. Process all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously.
礼貌接听来电,正确转接电话。
2. Ensures smooth internal telecommunication as per hotel standards.
根据酒店标准,确保酒店内部电讯顺畅。
3. Records and controls accurately wake up calls.
准确记录及操作客人叫醒电话。
4. Pages guests in co-operation with concerned departments.
与相关各部门密切合作,协助寻呼客人。
5. Records all entries on traffic sheets.
随时记录客人所有需求及工作信息。
6. Assists guests with international calls and directory queries.
帮助客人接转国际长途,并解答相关疑问。
7. Calls guests by name whenever possible.
随时随地称呼客人姓名。
8. Contact staff member for emergency.
紧急时协助联系内部人员。
9. Abides by principles of guest privacy.
遵守规定,为客人信息保密。
10. Handles guest’s needs or requests and reports complaints to the Service Center Supervisor.
处理客人需求,将客人投诉及时汇报服务中心主管。
11. Report on logbook daily.
记录部门日志。
12. Bill calls costs.
监督电话成本入帐。
13. Aware of local telephone listings and frequently dialed numbers.
熟知当地常用电话号码。
14. Strictly abides by standards policies and procedures governing cases of emergency such as fire, bomb scare and other critical situations.
严格履行酒店紧急情况的标准及工作操作流程,如火灾,恐吓及其他危险情况。
15. Advises defects on switchboard equipment to Supervisor.
及时将机房设备的损坏情况汇报主管。
16. Maintains a clean work environment.
保持工作环境的整洁。
17. Attends to all guest queries and requests promptly.
关注客人的所有需求及疑问。
18. Maintains detailed knowledge of the Hotel’s fire, life and safety system.
确保熟知消防救生及安全系统。
19. Maintains detailed knowledge on the Emergency Response Team and workings of the telephone room in this regard.
熟知应急反应小组的工作细节。
20. Maintain Hotel Information.
熟知并更新酒店信息。

One year working experience, preferably in the hotel industry or call center.
