岗位职责

1.Handing telephone enquiries professionally.

专业处理电话咨询。

2.Ensure a sales attitude is adopted at all times and maintain an awareness of all sales opportunities within the hotel.

确保礼貌的销售态度，以及寻找任何可能的销售机会。

3.Using up-selling and suggestive selling techniques.

使用升级和建议性销售技巧。

4.Ensure a high level of product knowledge of the hotel and local area.

确保熟悉酒店产品和当地旅游信息。

5.Provide guest with update hotel information on the hotel product, including room type, room rate, F&B promotion, opening hour.

提供给客人酒店产品的最新消息，包括房间类型，客房售价，餐饮部促销，开放时间。

6.Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently maintained.

确保维持一个高水平的宾客服务。

7.Ensure all guest requests are responded immediately.

确保所有客人要求都得到及时回复。

岗位要求

1. Familiar with Hotel Reservation Systems.

熟悉酒店预定系统。

2. Familiar with hotel product & hotel rules & regulations (Incl. Emergency procedure).

熟悉酒店产品，酒店规则和条例（比如紧急程序）。

3. Willing to take responsibility.

愿意承担责任。

4. Fluent in speaking and written English & Chinese.

能流利说、写英文和中文。

5. Good at operating office machines.

善于管理使用办公设备。

6. Be able to attend to detail.

能够注意细节。

7. Professional Telephone Manner.

有职业的电话礼仪。
