岗位职责
1. Be familiar with all the guest room valve and its location for water & elec. supplying and A/C system to make sure they could locate the place swiftly when emergences occur；
熟悉客房水电空调协调阀门及开关的位置以便维修不被延误
2. Response to the repair work ASAP once getstherequirements from Enginering system and AM. Feed them back when the work is done.
接到工程维修系统或酒店大堂副理的报修任务后，立即赶到现场，迅速完成任务，并回复工程维修系统
3. Guest room repair need to strictly follow the requirement of Hotel.
严格按照酒店维修要求在客房内进行维修
4. Do regular R & M for guest room to make sure all the equipments in good condition.；
按计划对客房进行周期性的维修保养改造，确保客房设备设施的正常运转
5. According to Hotel requirements to do renovation and repair for all the hotel equipments.
根据酒店的需求，不断改进和完善各种设备设施
6. Fill the daily R&M form after the work.
每日填写技工客房检修项目表和预防性维护工作登记表
7. Never stop to learn new knowledge and new technology to improve oneself.
努力学习新知识、新技术不断提高自身素质和业务水平
8. Strictly follow the fire security rules. Joining fire control training.
严格执行防火规定，作为酒店的义务消防员，主动参加消防培训，演练
 
岗位要求
1. High school graduation or above.
高中或中专以上文化程度
2. physical and psychological health; more than two years work experience.
身心健康，两年以上工作经验
3. good and clear oral language skill.
流利准确的表达能力
4. high sense of responsibility and team work; good communication skill.
