Position Summary 职位概述:

1.Ensuring permanent observation of the market and competitors; monitoring the sales results and keep ADOS/DOS informed of any changes

获取竞争酒店的市场动态,时刻向销售(副)总监汇报。

2.Obtain market intelligence – competitive activities and developments.

获取市场情报,竞争酒店的活动和动态。

3.To assist the ADOS/DOS to analyze the opportunities, select realistic objectives, develop, implement and control effective strategies and sales plans.

协助销售(副)总监分析市场机遇,制定目标,实施有效策略和计划。

4.To assist ADOS/DOS in the development of special marketing plans to special accounts, trade shows participation and unique sales and marketing situations.

协助销售(副)总监针对特殊客户群体制定特殊的市场销售方案。

5.Coordination of the hotel’s sales activities with the aim of optimal room occupancy and high accommodation and F&B sales and other revenues

积极推广酒店的促销活动,以达到最佳住房率和餐饮收益。

6.To ensure the quality of sales service meets the expectations of our guests and that it represents best value in the segments in which we compete.

保证销售服务质量体现最佳并已达到客人的期望。

7.Develop and implement disciplined a prescribed routing of patterns in covering territory and accounts to achieve high penetration of the market share.

根据负责区域和客户,制定相应推广模式,提高市场份额。

8.Determine allocation of selling time to accounts, products and types of customers. In short to effectively implement and embrace the Time Management Concept. 

合理根据客户类型,推销产品。有时间管理概念。

9.To develop and maintain the best possible relationship with clients and their representatives to ensure future repeat and new business.

拓展并维护客户关系,尽可能的长期合作。

10.Regularly organize a sufficient number of entertainments with current and potential customers for developing relationship and explore new business opportunity.

定期拜访新老客户,维系关系,抓住市场机遇。

11.Participate in carrying out mailings, fam-trips, invitations

为客人邮寄相关信件,行程咨询,发邀请函等。

12.Telephone marketing

13.Processing customer correspondence

反馈客户意见

14.Implement sales promotion actions in-house, locally and regionally

执行内部、区域、集团的促销活动。

15.To maintain a sales filing system, create individual account files, and monitor the data.

销售档案管理,建立账户,数据存储。

16.Development and updating of the customer index file and its follow up

更新客户信息、联系方式并跟踪回访。

17.Maintain tidiness in the office and clothing in the department

保持办公室整洁和个人卫生。

18.Optimal communication and cooperation with all other departments, in particular Reservation, Front Desk, C & E.

与其他部门的同事友好相处、协作,特别是预定、前台、会议等。

19.Is obliged to take part in internal training courses and to implement what has been learnt in daily practice.

积极参加内部培训,并把所学到的东西应用于实际行动中。

20.To manage the supporting Sales Executive/Coordinator, balancing control and motivation for good performance

给予其他销售主任、销售协调员支持,使工作达到最佳状态。

1.Is result driven, can work under high pressure and is enthusiastic and a Team Player who can communicate on different levels

3.Can set short and long term business strategies with focused actions to achieve them

4.Fluent written and oral English.
