职位描述

Under the general guidance and supervision of the Banquet Sales Managers, in coordination with the Director of Sales, implements all sales activities in his/her area of responsibility.

在销售总监,宴会销售经理的协调管理下,完成所有销售活动以及充分地把握商业机遇在他/她负责的区域.

1.Implements all sales action plans related to his/her market area as outlined in the Marketing Plan.

以市场销售计划为指导,针对所在市场执行所有销售计划。

2.Establishes and maintains files on major active accounts within his/her market areas.

销售代表建立和维持存档中区域的主要客户。

3.Promotes and produces sales leads for other Hilton hotels.

可向客户引荐其他兄弟酒店。

4.Provides feedback to the Director of Sales on changing marketing conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result of direct sales solicitation, telephone and direct mail, in his/her market areas.

当市场变化时,销售代表通过直接拜访,电话销售,发送邮件的方式给他/她负责区域的客户,当市场有变化时提供反馈信息给销售总监。

5.Arranges sites inspections of hotel.

带领客人参观酒店。

6.Disseminates Banquet sales related information to other departments as appropriate.

适当的传播宴会销售部的信息给其他部门。

7.Attends all post-conference meetings, as required, arranged by the Meeting Services department and assists in the preparation of post-conference reports.

参与所有宴会会议筹备,并处理筹备工作及会议中发生的事件。

8.Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established hotel policies to achieve the overall objectives of the position.

在及时和高效率的一致方法上实施所有职责,根据酒店建立的政策方针上去达到酒店在市场的全部位置。

9.Establishes and maintains effective employee relations.

建立良好的工作关系。

10.Maintains the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards all hotel guests, clients, staff and employees.

对所有酒店的客人/客户/员工保持高水准的专业性。

11.Maintains professional business confidentiality.

不向外泄漏任何的商业机密。

12.Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.

实施特别启划关系的职责和分配。

13.The management reserves the right to change / extend this job description if necessary at any point of time during her / his employment.

如有必要,该部门有权更改或补充该职位描述。

14.Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

完成任何其他合理的职责和被指派的职责。
