Responsible for managing the accounts or area of coverage assigned to him or her which includes making regular calls to assigned account, developing new accounts, negotiating contracts and maintaining good relations with actual clients in order to meet and exceed the targets set and the overall hotel budget. To take part in all sales-related activities and effectively sell all aspects of the hotel.

Communicate and submit appropriate material to all marketing channels and organizations that assist in promoting the hotel to ensure they are well equipped to sell the property
