• Reports directly to and communicates with RM on all administrative matters.
• 向驻店经理汇报和交流酒店内的一切行政事务。
• Performs all administrative duties to the standards required by the Division Head / Department Head to ensure efficient operations of the department.
• 为确保部门行政工作的的有效进行,按照部门领导的要求履行行政工作。
• Types, takes minutes and dictation drafts letter, handles telephone calls, files and traces correspondence.
• 进行打字,会议记录,起草信件,处理电话,文件,追踪文件等职责。
• Ensure security and confidentiality of all departments’ file.
• 确保所有部门内部文件的保密和安全。
• Handles and directs all inquiries to the appropriate person.
• 处理所有需求并指派给合适的人员解决。
• Coordinates with colleagues and representative of other departments to ensure an efficient flow of communication, to and from the department assignment.
• 与其他部门同事的协调,确保与其他部门保持良好的沟通。
• Ensures proper requisition and controlling of office and department’s supplies.
• 确保文具用品的补充并安排办公室及部门的供给。
• Handles all appointments concerning the Division Head / Department Head and keep track of his / her daily schedule and engagements.
• 处理部门领导所有约见并安排好他的日程并负责跟进。
