•	Answer incoming phone calls primarily from internal and external callers in a timely and professional manner that reflects highly on the hotel and brand.
•	主要负责及时和用体现酒店和品牌的专业态度接听内外线电话。
•	Supervises Instant Service Center Agents handle all incoming and outgoing calls accurately and courteously.
•	准确并有礼貌地处理所有打进和打出的电话 
•	Manages records and controls accurately wake up calls.
•	满足客人需要被叫醒的要求 
•	Ensures all the Agents be able to assist guests with international calls and directory queries.
•	协助客人拨打国际长途及为客人提供区号引导 
•	Organizes training sessions to all the Agents on regular basis to call guests by name whenever possible.
•	在必要时，能够用名字称呼客人 
•	Ensures to abide by principles of guest privacy.
•	尊重客人隐私 
•	Handles guests needs or requests and reports complaints to the Instant Service Center Manager.
•	处理客人要求，并把客人投诉报告给客服中心经理 。
•	Trains all the Agents to be aware of local telephone listings and frequently dialed numbers.
•	培训部门员工了解本地常用电话号码 
•	Ensures all the Agents to attends to all guest queries and requests promptly.
•	迅速回答客人疑问，满足客人要求。
