· Handles the billings and the receiving of payments in all outlets in a timely, accurately and professionally manner, which ensures guests' satisfaction and minimizes losses to the hotel.  Assists the food and beverage team with food and beverage preparation, service and clearing and cleaning in peak times.
· 按时、准确、专业地处理各种帐单并收取付款，使客人满意并确保酒店不受损失。
· Professionally handles enquiries billing and payment of bills in compliancy with the hotel’s established policies and procedures.
· 专业地按照酒店规章制度处理有关询问和帐单付款事宜。
· Strictly adhere to the hotel’s established policies and procedures with regard to the handling of payments, credit, house funds and shift hand over.
· 严格遵守酒店有关接收付款、信贷、备用金和交接班操作程序。
