• Manage the administration requirements of InterContinental Shenzhen including:
• 处理酒店内部的行政工作,包括:
• Reports directly to and communicates with GM on all administrative matters.
• 向总经理汇报和交流酒店内的一切行政事务。
• Coordinate telephone calls; incoming mails, faxes, and letters;
• 跟进电话,外来文件,传真和所有信函。
• Set up and maintain filing systems;
• 建议和维护文档管理系统。
• Plan and coordinate hotel meetings and activities, provide translating service to GM and Owner, and taking minutes as requested.
• 计划和协调酒店内部会议和活动,为总经理和业主提供翻译服务,如有需要,记录会议摘要。
• Manage GM activity schedule including appointments, travel plans, and ensure timely follow up on pending issues to meet deadlines.
• 管理总经理活动行程,包括约会,差旅计划,并按照最终限期,及时跟进未解决的问题。
• Responds to and/or resolves inquiries from Shenzhen Cluster hotels regarding problems, complaints and/or general information.
• 回复并解决深圳地区其他酒店的问题,投诉或其他一切事务。
• Composes / translates correspondences, reviews documents for typographical accuracy and format.
• 公文书写和翻译工作,检查文件印刷和编排上的准确性。
• Handling reservation for IHG sister hotels’ employees and owners as required.
• 跟进处理洲际兄弟酒店的员工预订和业主预订。
• Assists in Business Partners’ activities as required.
• 协助跟进业主和业务伙伴的活动安排。
• Maintains the utmost confidentiality and discretion when handling business affairs
• 工作时,尽量保护工作的机密性,慎重处理相关文件。
• Handle the PAF for Ex. Com members.
• 处理行政委员会成员的人事变动表。
• Regularly communicates with Cluster hotels GM Secretaries and maintains good relations.
• 例行与区域的其他总经理秘书沟通,保持良好工作关系。
• Coaches and counsels Cluster hotels GM Secretaries, providing constructive feedback to enhance performance.
• 对区域的其他总经理秘书适当地给予指引,提供建设性的意见反馈,提高其工作表现。
• Works with Director of Administration of InterContinental Shenzhen to ensure the A&G departmental performance of staff is productive.
• 与酒店行政总监紧密合作,以确保行政办员工高效的生产力。
