•	Assists in maintaining comprehensive master slide library for all advertising, collateral and public relations activities.
协助完成公关部酒店事件库资料存档，奖项记录，图片素材整理等
•	Assists and supports the co-ordination of photography for advertising, collateral and public relations purposes between the hotel, advertising agency and the marketing department at corporate office.
协助宣传照片拍摄，及协助经理与媒体，其他部门沟通相关工作
•	Helps with the publication of hotel’s newsletter(s).
协助更新酒店内宣传海报和物料
•	Produce high quality photos as required.
•	具有高品质摄影
协助保持酒店礼仪以及其他印刷文件与公司的品牌标准保持一致。
•	Coordinates with hotel appointed Web Master to maintain up-to-date, accurate online information and visuals.
协助酒店指定的网页技术人员更新系统，正确的网页信息和视觉效果。
•	Supports communications duties and functions as deemed necessary.

•	Assists with execution of press promotional activities.

•	Supports the liaison between the communications department and advertising agency on the rooms and food & beverage tactical advertising campaigns' creative and media plans.

•	Assists in maintaining media schedules as well as prompt settlement of accounts.
•	Assist to develop public relations programs for the hotel based on its marketing goals.

•	Coordinates with departments concerned to implement Public Relations activities effectively.
