· Provides information pertaining to all hotel services, local places of interests, restaurants, doctors, sightseeing tours and any other information likely to be of the interest to guests.
· 客人提供客人感兴趣的事情如:酒店服务,本地风景区,餐厅,医生,观光点等。
· Regularly communicates with staff and maintains good relations.
· 定期与员工交流,与员工维持良好的关系。
· Ensures that all bell staff are neat, clean and punctual at all times and that they perform the task assigned to them promptly and efficiently.
· 随时确保行李部员工的着装整洁,及时、有效地制定好安排给他们的任务。
· Assists guests with all inquiries, both hotel and non-hotel related.
· 回答客人有关酒店及非酒店的质疑
· Conducts effective shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known.
· 有效制作值班简报,确保员工知晓酒店活动及操作要求。
· Maintains detailed knowledge of the activities of the day and alert to any potential problems.
· 详细了解酒店日常活动,警惕潜在问题。
· Maintains detailed knowledge of key occurrences in your city/location including directions to key points of interests, restaurants, theaters, shopping, cinemas, sporting and recreational facilities, banks, consulates, transport systems and special events.
· 详细了解酒店附近的各个地方,如:餐厅、剧院、购物中心、电影院、娱乐场所、银行、领事馆、车站及其他特殊场所。
Required Skills –

· High level of proficiency in English & Chinese.
· 良好的英文、中文沟通能力。
· Excellent guest relations and communication skills.

· Basic computer knowledge is required.

Experience –
经验
· Have 3 or more than yeas of front desk experiences in international hotel with at least 1 years management level at Concierge department.
· 在国际酒店有三年以上工作经验以及一年以上同等管理经验。
