- Facilitates and ensures a sufficiently manned Front Desk counter at all times.

- 确保前台接待柜台始终有足够的人员安排。

- Maintains an active presence at the Front Desk to directly supervise the Guest Service Associates attending to the guests.

- 保持对前台的监管并监督宾客服务员的对客服务。

- Ensures strict key control procedures are adhered to.

- Double checks guest folios for completeness and accuracy.

- 核对客人账单以确保其完整性及准确性。

- Confirms the number of “ due out ” guests and scheduled late departures.

- 确认预退房的数量和对延迟退房的客人做出计划安排。

- Transacts foreign exchange and paid out request at the Front Desk.

- 在前台办理外币兑换、结账手续。

- Coordinates with the Concierge whenever necessary.

- 如有需要与礼宾部随时保持协调。

- Ensures that entries in every registration are properly encoded in the computer system.

- 确保将每一位入住登记的客人资料都相应输入电脑。

- Ensure the registered guest data keyed in PSB computer correctly and transmitted by the requirement of PSB.

- 根据公安局的要求,确保输入正确的入住客人的资料,并传输。

- Double checks group accounts daily for accuracy, and ensures that these are always up-to-date.

- 每天都核查团队账目,以确保账目能得到及时更新。

- Ensures ability of Guest Service Associates to implement a manual back-up system for Front Desk functions in case of computer breakdown.

- 确保宾客服务员在系统崩溃时能够进行手工操作。

- Administers the usage of safety deposit boxes.

- 掌握保险箱的使用情况。

- Ensures group arrivals and billings are properly prepared and executes.

- 确保预抵团队的入住及账目能得到恰当德准备和安排。

- Oversees room allocations to ensure that guest requests are met while ensuring both guest satisfaction and optimum room’s revenue.

- 监控房间分配情况,以确保让客人满意和让客房利益最大化的双赢状态。

- Verifies and updates the current room status.

- 检查并更新当时的房间状态。

- Verifies and updates the information endorsed between shifts.

- 检查并更新班次间信息的传递。

- Verifies and updates the expected or VIP or Group arrivals.

- 检查并更新有预定的客人及预抵VIP 或团队。

- Verifies and updates the day’s events in the hotel.

- 检查并更新酒店宴会会议的信息。

- Ensures that all reservations are checked, appropriate blockings are done and bookings or blockings are updates.

- 确保检查所有的房间预定,及其是否已合理分房。

- Ensures that the correct room status is promptly provided when requested.

- 确保房态是否合理已备不时之需。

- Advises the Credit Manager – credit of any potential credit risks and other related guest problems.

- 如有潜在的信贷危险或其他相关问题,及时通知信贷经理。

- Settles pending bills by contacting concerned guest, travel agent or Company.

- 与相关的客人联系以结清所有未结的客人、旅行社或公司的账目。

- Gives feedback to the Front Office Manager on staffing matters to determine official staffing levels for the section.

- 关于员工安排方面给前厅部经理反馈及提出意见。

- Ensures that proper training of staff is done such that staff has the necessary skill to perform duties with maximum efficiency.

- 确保给每一位员工进行培训,以使员工有能力并有效的在其岗位上工作。

- Assists the Duty Manager in determining the training needs for the section.

- 协助值班经理决定部门的培训需求。

- Drafts training schedules for the month based on guidelines set by the Front Office Manager for approval; implements planned training activities.

- 根据政策制定每月培训计划,交于前厅部经理批准并于当月进行培训。

- Personally conducts/facilitates training activities in accordance with established targets.

- 根据已确立的目标亲自对员工进行实施培训。

- Contributes to total productivity of the Front Office Department by ensuring Guest Service Agent are able to take over tasks in the other sections.

- 使宾客服务接待员能够从事其它部门的工作以提高前厅部的工作效率。

- Monitors staff performance all throughout, documents both positive and negative performance indicators in preparation for the formal performance review.

- 始终监控员工的工作表现,记录所有正面和负面的表现,为日后正式评估做准备。

- Gives feedback to supervised staff on performance issues (both for the group as well as the individual) through regular coaching and counseling.

- 通过经常性的指导,定期的反馈员工的工作表现(包括个人和团队)。

- Continuously updates the Front Office Manager on matters pertaining to staff discipline.

- 有关员工纪律方面的事宜,应不断的给予前厅部经理更新。

- Ensures that all staffs report for duty on time, wearing the correct uniform and name tag at all time.

- 确保所有员工准时到达工作岗位,并始终按规定穿着制服和佩戴名牌。

- Ensures that all staffs provide courteous and professional service at all times.

- 确保所有员工始终保持礼貌和专业的服务。

- Ensures that the staffs adhere to the rules and regulations of the hotel.

- 确保员工始终遵守酒店规章条例。

- Facilitation regular reorientation for the staff on rules and regulations.

- 实施常规的针对规章制度的在培训。

- Immediately communication/updating staff on new rules/standards.

- 及时向员工传达新的规章制度和服务标准。

- Continuously monitoring implementation of rules/standards.

- 持续监察员工对规章条例和服务标准执行的情况。

- Maintains good relationships with colleagues and contributes to team spirit.

- 维持良好的同事关系,促进团队精神。

- Cooperates and coordinates with colleagues whenever necessary.

- 随时与同事合作协调。

- Interacts with other departments to provide additional or specialized guest services.

- 与其他部门合作,提供额外的个性化的对客服务。

- Attends schedules training activities.

- 参加定期的员工培训。

- Participates actively in hotel-initiated employee activities.

- 积极参与酒店举办的员工活动。

- Adheres to specified hygiene and personal appearance standards of the hotel.

- Adheres to set procedures for attendance and timekeeping.

- 遵守酒店规定的考勤程序。

- Adheres to provisions outlined in the Employee Handbook, Disciplinary code and rules & regulations.

- Reduces wasted materials and supplies by adhering to the Hotel’s guidelines on reusing and re-cycling.

- Maintains clean and orderly work.

- Implements the identified best practices in the work area.
