Job Duties:
1. Handle HK accounting and assist audit: bookkeeper and prepare audit document.
2. Upload AR data to HK financial software and prepare the outstanding record for customer service team.
3.  Responsible for staffs’ reimbursement and office operation expenses.
4.  Assist AP accounting: check payment requisition form and submit payment  application online;
5. Handle bank related jobs, prepare monthly bank reconciliation for all bank accounts. Prepare monthly AR report and bank statement to management.
6.  Prepare accounting documents for outsourcing accounting firm.
7.  Other ad-hoc reports and accounting related activities where appropriate

Key Requirements:
1. College degree major or above
2. Above 1 year working experience in Accounting / Finance field
3. Strong computer skills in Excel and Word
4. Good English skills both in Written and oral
5. Cantonese is a plus
6. Solid accounting concepts and knowledge with strong financial and numeric skills
7. Good communication and team player
8. Flexible and can work well under pressure
9. Experience gained from WOFE & E-commerce Company is a plus
