岗位职责/职位描述

岗位职责   Responsibilities
1.负责酒店前厅部的接待和管理工作,熟知前厅服务设施的功能,处于完好状态。

Responsible for reception and management of the front office of the hotel, familiar with the functions of the service facilities in the front office, in good condition.
2.进行有关的市场计划分析制定部门工作计划,完成工作报告。

Carry out relevant market plan analysis, formulate departmental work plan and complete work report.
3.使客房达到最高出租率,获取最佳的客房收入。

To achieve the highest rental rate and the best room income.
4.督导下属部门主管,委派工作任务,明确岗位责任,随时调整工作部署。

Supervise the supervisors of subordinate departments, assign tasks, clarify post responsibilities, and adjust work deployment at any time.
5.保持良好的客际关系,能独立有效地处理宾客投诉。

Maintain good interpersonal relationship and be able to handle guest complaints independently and effectively.
6.协助酒店领导处理突发事件。

Assist Hotel and higher level leaders in dealing with emergencies.


岗位要求  Job requirements
1.大专以上学历,有同岗位工作经验3年以上。

College degree or above, more than 3 years working experience in the same position.
2.熟悉酒店前厅的经营管理工作,具有较强的工作责任感和敬业精神。

Familiar with the operation and management of the hotel lobby, with a strong sense of responsibility and dedication.
3.督导前厅各分部员工服务质量标准、操作流程标准并对前厅部各项工作实施全面监管。

Supervise the service quality standards and operation process standards of employees in each department of the Front Office, and supervise the work of the Front Office comprehensively.
4.有效贯彻、落实并完成部门制订的每月工作计划。

Effectively implement, implement and complete the monthly work plan formulated by the department.
5.英语对话流利,有较强的协调管理能力,具有一定的销售能力

Fluent in English conversation, strong coordination and management skills, with a certain sales ability.
6.全面掌握前台接待方面的财务基础知识,能处理日常服务环节中所涉及到的财务方面的问题。

Master the basic financial knowledge of reception comprehensively, and can deal with the financial problems involved in the daily service.
