岗位职责 Job responsibilities

1.更新改造计划且督促执行，保证酒店设施不断完善，始终处于正常、完好状态。

2.负责工程部的节支运行、保证酒店最大限度的节能、节支。

Be responsible for the cost-saving operation of the Engineering Department, ensure the maximum energy-saving and cost-saving of the hotel.

3.根据营业情况和气候及市场能源价格情况，提出节能运行的计划。

Put forward the plan of energy-saving operation according to the business situation, climate and market energy price.

4.负责协调和酒店相关的市政工程等业务部门的关系，以获得良好的外部环境。

Responsible for coordinating the relationship between the hotel related municipal engineering and other business departments in order to obtain a good external environment.

5.分析工程项目报价单，对完工的项目组织人员进行评估和验收。

Analyse the quotation sheet of the project, evaluate and accept the completed project organizers.

6.负责监管酒店安保部工作，以维护酒店安及客人资产和和人身安全。

Supervise the work of the hotel security department in order to maintain the hotel security and the property and personal safety of the guests.

7、负责处理好酒店公安消防等相关职能部门的关系，为酒店创造有利的外部条件。

岗位要求 Job requirements

1.大专以上文化程度；3年以上同岗位工作经验。

College degree or above; 3 years of working experience in the same position.

2.必须掌握机电工程设计基础知识、熟悉电子通讯设备、计算机、暖通、空调、给排水设备、电梯等的使用和维护管理，熟悉基建、环境保护、安全生产、劳动保护方面的政策与法规。

Must master the basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering design, familiar with the use and maintenance management of electronic communication equipment, computers, HVAC, air conditioning, water supply and drainage equipment, elevators, and familiar with policies and regulations in infrastructure, environmental protection, safety production and labor protection.

3.能充分领会上级的经营意图，正确处理上下级之间、部门之间的关系，并能组织和指挥工程部各项工作计划的实施，确保工程部的正常运转。
