岗位职责 Responsibilities
1．向管家部经理负责，督导管辖区域该班次台班、卫生班的工作。
Responsible to the Housekeeping Manager and supervise the work of the shift and health class in the area under the jurisdiction of the hotel.
2．了解掌握客情，核对房间状态。
Understand and master the guest information and check the room status.
3．每工作日必须检查管辖区域所有房间，对本管区卫生、服务质量和完成效率负责。
Every working day, all rooms in the jurisdiction area must be inspected and responsible for the hygiene, service quality and efficiency of the area.
4．查看房间的维修保养事宜，严格控制坏房、维修房的数量。
Check the room maintenance matters, strictly control the number of bad rooms and repair rooms.
5．按部门要求依本部门实际情况，做好属下员工的政治思想工作，掌握好员工的思想动态，关心员工困难，及时给予帮助，建立良好的人际关系和工作气氛。
According to the actual situation of the department, do a good job of political and ideological work of subordinate employees, grasp their ideological trends, care about their difficulties, give timely help, and establish a good interpersonal relationship and working atmosphere.
6.负责本部门三个班范围内员工的政治思想工作，掌握好员工的思想动态，关心员工困难，及时给予帮助，建立良好的人际关系和工作气氛。
Responsible for the political and ideological work of the staff in the three classes of the department, grasp the ideological trends of the staff, care about the difficulties of the staff, give timely help, and establish a good interpersonal relationship and working atmosphere.
7．做好本管辖区域范围内的防火、防盗及安全工作，协查通缉犯的工作。
Do a good job of fire prevention, theft prevention and security work within the jurisdiction area, and assist in the investigation of wanted criminals.
8．解决本管辖区域工作关系产生的各种纠纷和内部投诉，重大问题必须向部门负责人报告。
To resolve disputes and internal complaints arising from working relations in the jurisdiction area, major issues must be reported to the head of the department.

任职资格  Job responsibilities
1.高中以上文化程度，形象气质佳。
Senior middle-school education or above, good image temperament. 
2.熟悉客房管理和服务方面的知识，具有熟练的服务技能。
Familiar with room management and service knowledge, skilled service skills. 
3.有较高的处理客房突发事件的应变能力及对客沟通能力。
Has the higher ability to deal with the emergency in the guest room and to communicate with the guest. 
4.热爱服务工作，工作踏实、认真，有较强的事业心和责任感。
Love service work, work down-to-earth, serious, have a strong sense of career and responsibility.
