岗位职责 Responsibilities
1.依照酒店对清洁和外观的标准为公共区域提供保洁服务。
1. Provide cleaning services to public areas in accordance with hotel standards for cleanliness and appearance.
2.熟悉酒店所有公共区域,确保及时完成日常保洁工作
2. Familiar with all public areas of the hotel to ensure timely completion of daily cleaning work
3.有效地处理应急事件。
3. Deal with emergencies effectively.
4.管理关于化学清洁用品使用的事宜，处理发现的问题并做出相应的整改。
4.Manage the use of chemical cleaning products, deal with the problems found and make corresponding corrections.
5.安全正确地使用保洁设备。
Use cleaning equipment safely and correctly.
6.合理保持保洁用品的存货量。
Maintain the inventory of cleaning products reasonably.
7.按照业务要求开展工作。
Work in accordance with business requirements.
岗位要求 Job requirements
1.高中以上文化程度，形象气质佳。
Senior middle-school education or above, good image temperament. 
2.熟悉PA保洁管理和服务方面的知识，具有熟练的服务技能。
Familiar with PA cleaning management and service knowledge, skilled service skills.
3.有较高的处理客房突发事件的应变能力及对客沟通能力。
Has the higher ability to deal with the emergency in the guest room and to communicate with the guest. 
4.热爱服务工作，工作踏实、认真，有较强的事业心和责任感。
Love service work, work down-to-earth, serious, have a strong sense of career and responsibility.
