岗位职责 Responsibilities

1.执行领班或主管的工作命令。

2.按照工作程序及工作规范要求进行操作。

3.解决客人临时提出的各类要求和意外事故及特殊问题。

4.做好交接班记录工作。

5.掌握预订情况和当天客情,根据当天到达及离店客房名单，最大限度的销售即时客房。

6.负责并安排宾客接待工作和重要留言的落实。

1.高中以上文化程度，形象气质佳。
