1、根据公司发展需求，负责民宿团队的建立、培养和管理提高民宿的服务质量和员工素质；
2、组织安排跟进民宿项目的运营管理工作，制定民宿运营标准化体系；包括：专业支持、运营管理、安全管理、宣传推广等；
3、根据市场变化和发展，制定切实可行的市场营销工作策略，并组织实施和有效控制；
4、检查和监督运营标准化管理情况；
5、负责打造民宿运营及服务体系，不断创新，优化，升级；
6、协助提高经营指标，确保后期运营质量；
7、负责制定经营规划方案，进行市场发展跟踪和策略调整；
8、媒体公共关系开发及公共危机处理；
9、负责市场活动的配合及其他工作。
岗位要求：
1、25至40岁，大专及以上学历；
2、有2年以上民宿连锁运营管理工作经验者优先；
3、形象良好，诚信正直，有良好的团队合作精神和服务意识；
4、良好的表达能力，具有较强的沟通技巧和能力，原则性强；
5、热情开朗，富有激情，敢于挑战压力和高薪；
