工作职责：
Greet all guests and take beverage and food orders in a prompt and professional manner.
快速和专业的迎接所有客人，为客人点餐。
Serve cocktails and/or menu items to bar guests; up－sell when taking orders.
为酒吧客人提供鸡尾酒和餐单上的项目；点单时向客人推销。
Perform pre－ and post－shift side－work.  Stock service station.  Fold and stack cocktail napkins and prepare bowls of bar snacks.
工作前后的准备和收尾工作。清点服务站。折叠鸡尾酒餐巾和准备酒吧零食。
Record order on guest check and ring up on pre－check register or according to hotel procedures.  Complete customer payment transactions according to cash and charge procedures.
在客人帐单上进行记录，登录帐号或按酒店程序进行工作。按现金收款程序完成顾客的付款。
Clear and clean tables in a prompt and efficient manner.  Clean and/or wipe down stools, tables, chairs, walls, windows, mirrors, and floors as necessary.  Empty trash and ashtrays.
高效快速的清理和清洁餐台。需要时清理和抹擦废物，桌椅，墙壁，窗户，镜子和地面。清倒垃圾。
Assist Bartender in preparation of fruits and garnishes.
协助吧台侍应生准备水果和装饰品。
Requisition bar items according to bar stocks.
根据酒吧存货量领取酒吧物品。
Train bar attendant, wait help and bus help in basic beverage knowledge and beverage service.
为酒吧侍应生提供基本的饮料知识和饮料服务的培训。
Complete spillage report and submit to Superior at the Conclusion of each shift
填写洒酒单并在每班结束后交给上级。
Design promotional material which is aimed at increasing revenue, covers and profit for the Bar with the approval of the Superior.
设计以增加收入、人数和利润为目的的酒吧宣传材料，然后由上级审批。
Perform other duties as assigned

任职资格：
4 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non－alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishments preferred
4年相关工作经历，或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。具有酒类品牌，啤酒，香槟，非酒精饮料，专用玻璃器皿、准备方法和装饰品知识者优先考虑。
Have excellent communication skills and a strong sense of service, capable of providing personalized beverage recommendations to guests.
优秀的沟通能力和服务意识，能够为客人提供个性化的酒水推荐。
Have basic English communication skills to engage in smooth conversations with foreign guests.
具备基础的英语沟通能力，能够与外籍客人顺畅交流。
Work meticulously and conscientiously, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.

Hold relevant sommelier certification documents.
有侍酒师相关认证证件。
