【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店客房、会议及宴会的预订受理与确认工作
2、及时准确录入预订信息至酒店管理系统
3、处理预订变更、取消等后续跟进事宜
4、定期整理预订数据并生成相关报表
5、协调前台、销售等部门确保预订信息准确传递
6、维护客户档案并处理简单客户咨询
【岗位要求】
1、具备基础办公软件操作能力（Word/Excel）
2、普通话流利，具备基本英语读写能力
3、数字敏感度高，数据录入准确迅速
4、能适应早晚轮班工作制
5、服务意识强，具备良好沟通协调能力
6、有酒店前台或预订相关经验者优先
