岗位职责
1.制定采购的方针、策略、程序文件。
2.审批所有采购申请单、定货单。
3.根据餐饮需求与市场供应选择价格合理、货品质量可靠、信誉好、售后服务优的供应厂商,确定供应关系。
4.负责与厂商进行大宗商品定货的主要业务谈判,审查所有合同及其他业务合约的执行和落实。
5.按计划完成餐饮的各类采购任务,并在预算内尽量做到降低成本、节省开支。
6.积极开发货源,不断推荐新产品,扩大货品国产化,负责国外定货工作。
7.经常检查本部门执行经济、海关、检疫、卫生等法律法规情况,及时处理发现的问题。
岗位要求
1.具有5年以上饭店或餐饮各项物品的采购经验。
2.具有较好的英语基础 。
3.对采购程序,采购合同的订立比较精通。
4.具有较强的组织能力和沟通能力及管理能力。
Job Responsibilities

2. Approve all purchase requisitions and order forms.
3. According to the catering demand and market supply, choose a supplier with reasonable price, reliable product quality, good reputation and excellent after-sales service to determine the supply relationship.
4. Responsible for major business negotiations with manufacturers on bulk ordering, reviewing the execution and implementation of all contracts and other business contracts.
5. Complete all kinds of procurement tasks for catering as planned, and try to reduce costs and save expenses within the budget.
6. Actively develop the source of goods, constantly recommend new products, expand the localization of goods, and be responsible for foreign orders.
7. Regularly check the implementation of economic, customs, quarantine, health and other laws and regulations in this department, and promptly deal with the problems found.
