The ideal candidate will develop new travel agencies for Club Med in East region (mainly Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang). This position will be based at Shanghai.
 
Responsibilities
1. Build up an aggressive and result oriented pipeline of travel agencies that can reach the assigned sales target for each semester.
- Develop annual, seasonal key account business plans and strategies to achieve sales target and objectives
- Analyses and interprets data and applies the insight to identify customers opportunities, develop sales plans and implement company activities to grow share in key accounts
- Develop new potential accounts for the country and region

2. Sales target achievement.
- Increase occupancy and profits through maximum sales efforts
- Daily sales call and telemarketing
- Achieve the set and agree sales objectives on both qualitative and quantitative basis and to be reviewed on monthly basis
- Ensure that all managed key accounts are kept undated regularly in Promotion/room availability and fluidity

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical skills, Excellent in execution
- Self-motivated, Entrepreneurial spirit, Open-minded, Team player, Result oriented, Customer Service oriented, Solution Capability, Brand Ambassador
