1. Develops and implements strategies for housekeeping.
制定并实施客房部目标。

2. Prepares annual budget; monitors achievement of budget and takes corrective steps as appropriate.
设定年度预算，采取相应措施确保预算的实施

3. Inspects rooms, public space and back-of-the house areas continually.
巡查客房、公区和后区。

4. Supervise the implementation of housekeeping standards and procedures in relation to:
监督客房标准和程序的执行。

5. Check all VIP room status.
检查楼层所有VIP房间状态。

6. Checking the discrepancy room with supervisor end of each day.
下班前核对房态与所有的主管。

7. Checks guest room. To ensure achieve require hotel standard.
对客房进行检查,确保房间达到酒店所要求的标准。

8. To ensure floor supervisor and room attendant’s work schedule be fill in correct.
确保楼层主管及员工各项工作表格填写准确。

9. Making financial report and submit to FIN Department on time. Including outside and internal part-time application report; cost report; room assets and linen check report; MINI BAR and amenities check report etc.
制作财务报表并准时交给财务（包括：外部、内部员工帮工报表，帮工申请的明细，房间物品及布草盘点表，酒水和低耗品统计表等。

10. Ensure guest valet is processed and delivered in a timely manner.
确保客人的洗衣被及时地处理和递送。

11. Co-ordinate special projects (room items set, pest- control, window and carpet cleaning, room inventories).
协调方案（房间的布置、虫害的控制、窗户及地毯的清洁、客房盘点）。

12. Ensures health/safety of employees and guests by maintaining hotel in accordance to statutes and regulations and directs and trains staff accordingly.
维护酒店设施、指导并培训员工以确保客人及团队成员的安全。

13. Oversees inventory, purchasing, disbursement and cost control for all linens, cleaning supplies, customer room and restroom supplies, laundry supplies, etc.
对客房、公区、布草房的库存合理控制，控制物资采购费用支出以达到预期客房成本。

14. Entertains Suppliers and other outside representatives who could be of help in new and modern cleaning technique.
与供应商友好往来，及时引进先进的清洁用具器具和技术。

15. Manages operation of (and/or outsourced relationship with) uniform room.
管理酒店制服房。

16. Monitors assigned departments with compliance to safety standards.
部门的运营符合酒店安全标准。

17. Implements a high standard of system and procedure complimenting the design and hotel structure.
按照酒店的结构特点设计高标准的工作程序。

18. Check the day’s forecast and see if areas have sufficient manning.

19. Coordinates room availability with the Front Office Manager.
