岗位职责/职位描述
1.帮助客人,使其在入住期间有宾至如归之感并留下难忘的记忆。
To assist guests and ensure their stays at hotel are comfortable and an experience to remember.
2.要负责所有的预订资料准确地输入Fidelio电脑系统中,要将错误减少到最少,准确真实的统计资料将保证整个饭店的正常运转。
Responsible to ensure that all information relating to a reservation is keyed correctly into Fidelio and is of the highest quality and errors are kept to an absolute minimum. This practice will allow the production of true and correct statistical information which will in turn ensure the overall hotel operation.
3.要负责准备客人登记入住时所需的物品(例如:登记单,欢迎卡,钥匙等),并为重要客人和团队提前准备登记单。
To be responsible for the preparation of all the necessary materials for check in(i.e. Registration, welcome folder, keys, etc.)for VIPs. pre-registered guests and groups before their arrival.
