【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店餐厅日常菜品的烹饪制作，确保出品质量符合酒店标准；
2、根据菜单要求准备食材，合理控制食材成本，减少浪费；
3、保持厨房工作区域的清洁卫生，遵守食品安全与卫生管理制度；
4、协助研发新菜品，定期更新菜单，提升顾客用餐体验；
5、配合团队完成大型宴会或特殊活动的餐饮制作任务；
6、定期检查厨房设备，确保其正常运行，及时上报维修需求；
7、遵守酒店规章制度，服从工作安排，完成上级交办的其他任务。
【岗位要求】
1、具备基本的烹饪技能，熟悉各类菜品的制作流程；
2、对食品安全与卫生有较强的意识，能严格执行相关规范；
3、具备团队合作精神，能与同事高效协作；
4、能适应快节奏工作环境，具备一定的抗压能力；
5、有酒店或餐饮行业工作经验者优先，无经验者可提供培训；
6、身体健康，无传染性疾病。
