1、认真观察闭路电视的屏幕，细致分析情况，发现疑点及时通知安保人员，并上报值班主管。
2、定期检查酒店内的各种消防器材和设施；每天交接班时检查所辖范围内消防器材和设施，保证其处于良好状态，并做好记录，发现问题及时解决。发现重大隐患或解决不了的问题，立即向上级领导汇报，同时采取防范措施。
3、加强重点部门和要害部位的消防工作，对重点部门要害部位和各种危险品实行监督管理。
4、发现火警、火患和火灾要采取“三不放过”的原则。

识教育和消防培训工作，组织对酒店员工的
消防考核工作。
10、每月25日汇同工程部等有关部门检查并测试酒店的消防设备与设施，保证酒店的各种安全器材和设备始终处于良好的状态。
11、阻止无关人员进入工作场所；不得与无关人员谈论工作内容。
12、及时、果断地按有关规定处理本岗位发生的问题。
13、认真做好工作记录，严格执行交接班制度。
14、建立并管理好酒店的消防档案。
15、完成上级领导交给的其它任务。
