2、熟悉本岗位的任务与要求，对酒店各区域严格按照2小时巡查制度进行巡查。
3、仪表、仪容符合要求，遇见客人主动礼貌问好。
4、阻止闲杂人员进入客房楼层，保持客房楼层的安静秩序，热情、礼貌地向客人提供有关咨询与服务。
5、及时、果断地按有关程序处理本岗位发生的安全问题，发现可疑情况要及时监控，并向上级汇报。
6、发现犯罪或危及客人和酒店安全的情况和行为，及时果断地制止和排除，并迅速报告上级。
7、熟悉巡查区域各种消防设施、设备的作用及使用方法，严格按规定的巡查路线、内容、频率开展巡查；
8、熟知酒店内部消防安全规定，及时制止违规行为，并做好情况反馈；
9、详细记录巡查情况，做好交接班工作。
10、发现火警立即排除并报告，找出原因按规定处理。
11、对贵宾用房，按照规定和要求重点保卫。
12、熟悉酒店消防设施和器材的分布及使用方法。
