【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店各类设施设备的日常巡检、维护及保养工作，确保酒店水、电、空调、消防等系统正常运行；
2、及时响应并处理各部门报修请求，快速解决设备故障问题，保障酒店运营顺畅；
3、协助完成酒店装修、改造等工程项目的施工监督及验收工作；
4、定期检查并记录设备运行数据，提出节能降耗的合理化建议；
5、严格遵守安全操作规程，确保维修作业符合行业标准及酒店安全规范；
6、负责工程部工具、设备及耗材的保管与维护，确保工具完好可用；
7、参与酒店突发事件的应急处理，如停电、水管爆裂等紧急情况。
【岗位要求】
1、具备基本的电工、水暖、空调或综合维修技能，持有相关职业资格证书者优先；
2、熟悉酒店设施设备的工作原理及维护流程，能独立完成常见故障排查与维修；
3、工作认真负责，具备较强的动手能力及问题解决能力；
4、能适应倒班工作制，具备较强的应急处理能力及团队协作意识；
5、无不良职业记录，身体健康，能胜任一定强度的体力劳动；
6、有酒店或物业工程维修经验者优先考虑。
